The Perfect Morning Booster: Moringa & Wheatgrass

Getting a fresh start to our day can be rough. In the morning, it’s safe to say that motivation might be low. 

We discovered a simple yet perfect recipe to start the day and provide energy to the body. This simple mix of Wheatgrass and Moringa is an alkalinizing, detoxifying, and antioxidant-rich drink. Fortunately, as we don’t all have time to press fresh grass and leaves in the morning, we can get our daily dose in powder form – almost as potent as fresh juice and much less work! These powders contain all the minerals and vitamins that are packed in the fresh plant. 

Simply mix one heaped teaspoon of each – the organic dried Wheatgrass and the Moringa powder – in a glass of water. Add the juice of half a lemon and 1 teaspoon of raw organic honey.

    Have been using Spirulina, Moringa and Wheatgrass from Auroville for years. Absolutely excellent products. Highly recommended.
